Pipeline #3 failed at docker-build step: missed because no existed in the repo. Adding a placeholder keeps the directory present for the build context.

Test plan

  • CI docker-build succeeds
  • Kaniko pushes sha- to registry
  • Trivy scan + link-package succeed
