For animated press states (scale, opacity on press), use `GestureDetector` with

`Gesture.Tap()` and shared values instead of Pressable's

`onPressIn`/`onPressOut`. Gesture callbacks run on the UI thread as worklets—no

JS thread round-trip for press animations.
