+3. `.mosaic/repo-hooks.sh` (repo-specific automation hooks)
+
+## Purpose
+
+- Keep universal standards in `~/.mosaic`
+- Keep repo-specific behavior in this repo
+- Avoid copying large runtime configs into each project
