Command Wrapper

Use wrapper commands from ~/.mosaic/bin/ for lifecycle rituals.

Migration Note

Project-local .claude/commands/*.md should call scripts/agent/*.sh so behavior stays runtime-neutral. Guides and rails should resolve to ~/.mosaic/guides and ~/.mosaic/rails (linked into ~/.claude for compatibility).
