fix(#375): resolve recharts TypeScript strict mode type errors
Some checks failed
ci/woodpecker/push/web Pipeline failed

- Fix Tooltip formatter/labelFormatter type overload conflicts
- Fix Pie label render props type mismatch
- Fix telemetry.ts date split array access type
