a5b984c7fd fix(knowledge): resolve TypeScript errors in tags service 
- Fix updateData typing for partial updates
- Add slug field to CreateTagDto
- Build now passes

Note: tasks.controller.spec.ts needs test config update for WorkspaceGuard
