End-to-end test: killswitch terminates agents.

Acceptance Criteria

  • E2E test spawns agent
  • Trigger killswitch
  • Agent terminated within 5 seconds
  • Docker container stopped
  • Git worktree cleaned up
  • State updated to 'killed'
  • Test passes consistently

Technical Notes

Test both single agent kill and kill-all.
