End-to-end test: 10 concurrent agents.

Acceptance Criteria

  • E2E test spawns 10 agents
  • All agents work on different tasks
  • No resource conflicts
  • All agents complete successfully
  • Test passes consistently

  • Blocked by: #ORCH-109

Technical Notes

Test resource limits, queue concurrency, Valkey performance.
