Description

Store links in database and keep in sync with content.

Acceptance Criteria

  • On entry save: parse, resolve, store links
  • Remove stale links on update
  • GET outgoing links endpoint
  • GET incoming links (backlinks) endpoint
  • GET broken links endpoint
