Jason Woltje 2b6fb513fc fix(web): convert favicon.ico to RGBA format for Turbopack ...

The previous favicon contained RGB PNGs which caused Turbopack build
to fail with "The PNG is not in RGBA format!" error. Regenerated
with alpha channel.
