Implement MACP Phase 1 in mosaic-bootstrap by extending orchestrator-matrix schemas, adding the dispatcher module, wiring the controller for MACP-aware tasks, adding the mosaic macp CLI, updating task sync/config templates, and preserving backward compatibility for legacy tasks.

  • Schema extensions and new result schema
  • Dispatcher lifecycle with worktree management and result collection
  • Controller integration with gated/escalated states and events
  • CLI submit/status/drain/history
