Registry publish infrastructure. Packages have publishConfig pointing to git.mosaicstack.dev. Changesets initialized for versioning.

feat(registry): Gitea npm registry publish config + Changesets af514893cd 
- .npmrc: @mosaic scope points to Gitea registry
- Changesets initialized with initial minor release
- publishConfig added to all packages
- Woodpecker publish step on main branch
