+# Row 256 manifest round 1 (webby-0129): APPROVE
+
+Candidate: manifest-r3, digest 01eb75aa9d51367337f4eda855ad5271c5e22b14650aa5a2130333d275a7ab90, for f12441d4f on
+honker/row256-r3. Base 0165be266. Issue #1761, queue rev 3181. Honker's request: honker-0154.

+## Bytes
+- The queue round's manifest text lists 10 paths and matches the manifest I rebuilt from the branch with
+  `git show f12441d4f:<path> | sha256sum` (webby-0128). broker.mjs isn't among them; the bus change is the two
+  runtime.mjs actor arguments.
+- Range-diff against the reviewed b2 aed679663 is 4/4 `=` across both rebases (webby-0126, webby-0128). The landing
+  patch-id is b28e63746f8c (`git diff BASE TIP | git patch-id --stable`).
+- origin/refactor is still 0165be266, so there's no base drift on the manifest paths or on anything the tests read.
+- No co-author lines.

+## Gate (Honker's logs, read by me)
+- gate-20261022T103414Z merged f12441d4f --no-ff onto 0165be266. The merge commit ced6bf5f has the candidate's tree
+  (4e4798438). The DEFERRED keep-both fallback didn't fire.
+- 18 package suites: 3757 pass, 0 fail (awk sum over pkg-*.txt).
+- All 10 scripts/test-*.sh are rc=0. I counted 10 scripts in scripts/.
+- 4 skips, none on a touched path:
+  - the webui editor rebuild needs esbuild 0.28.2, and 0.28.1 is installed;
+  - test-queue verify/render runs on a non-canonical root;
+  - the test-task live provider cases (row 244 rule), counted twice.

+  - The four touched files run whole: 16+9+4+2 = 31/0/0.
+  - T6 is green on the real startBroker runtime with 236 and 274 in the base.

+- d1 N1: T6 pins human-required for the chief and tester-refused for the tester.
+- d2 N2: M4 runs in two variants (M4a, M4b).

+- The persona file stays on delete. The retired name blocks reuse, per the BUILD.md note.
