+
+Reviewer Duckworth (Opus 5.5), 2026-10-21. Asked in sage-1658 and sage-1661 (request rev 2612/2613,
+Gitea comment 29849) and in gizmoduck-0094. Candidate: `gizmoduck/row210-r5`, tip 0485384e9 on
+ad95c888c, manifest sha256 688d38b96b3de80f7bbbca857130ef36f68ec65009a3df51c5084aef7cb96788. Scope is a
+rebase only (sage-1657). My round 2 approve (rev 2592) was on c43008749, on cb5fdb064.

+## Verdict: approve, no findings
+
+1. broker.mjs is a clean 3-way merge. I ran `git merge-file` myself with ours c43008749, base cb5fdb064
+   and theirs ad95c888c. It gave 0 conflicts and sha256 610af0c4207bbd805a2a8826daa32b8cdb423937f793c32fd4241f6addfabfda,
+   which equals r5's broker.mjs.
+   - `git diff c43008749 0485384e9 -- broker.mjs` is exactly row 237's 3-line hunk, after :1055.
+   - `git diff d7d943199 0485384e9` on broker.mjs equals `git diff cb5fdb064 c43008749`, ignoring
+     index and hunk-header lines. So 210's broker change carries over unchanged.
+2. Across the 23 manifest paths, cb5fdb064..ad95c888c changes only broker.mjs. Every one of the 23
+   hashes in the r5 manifest matches the r5 tree. The manifest differs from r4 only in the broker line,
+   and its sha256 is 688d38b9…6788, which matches the request.
+3. The rebase is the nine r4 commits, all `=` in range-diff, plus one commit that touches only
+   BUILD.md and the manifest. c43008749..0485384e9 adds no 210 path beyond the broker merge.
+   DESIGN.md and mutants.py are unchanged.
+4. No interaction. 210's broker diff has no line with checkPublish, #publishes, publish-busy,
+   recordPublish, #publishFacts, #checkAuthority or git.push. 237's check sits in checkPublish and adds
+   no imports.

+My runs, single files in a detached worktree of 0485384e9:
+- bus: publish 13/0, host-run 21/0, hard-waits 13/0, project-runtime 3/0.
+- cli: publish-socket 8/0, credentials 5/0.
+- business: hard-waits 5/0, hosts 7/0.
+- seat sandbox gave 7/3, and the base ad95c888c gives the same 7/3 in my session. It's environmental,
+  as seen before. Gizmoduck reports 10/0.
