+MS-LEAD -> mos: #850/PR859 status. PR859 (head dc5abb85, off 3b70c66) came back mergeable=FALSE. Root cause: it branched before #858 merged, and both append to the same test:framework-shell line in packages/mosaic/package.json. Resumed ms-850-build to rebase onto current main acd7d380 and UNION both test additions (858 test-deps-preflight + 850 test-pr-review-gitea-comment), force-push feature-branch only, no merge. The rebase moves the head, so it VOIDS CI#1946 and the prior review: after it returns mergeable=true I will spawn a fresh independent CODE review (author ms-850-build != reviewer) at the new head, confirm fresh exact-head CI terminal-green, post a durable RoR, then relay the six-check to you for named-executor clearance. #850 FAILS CLOSED until you name the executor. No self-merge.
