**MODEL TIER LEGEND (Jason, authoritative — apply fleet-wide).** The sol/terra/luna lane-names are a **Claude-model capability ladder**:
- **sol = Opus / Fable** (top tier)
- **terra = Sonnet** (mid tier)
- **luna = Sonnet / Haiku** (low tier)
APPLICATION:
- **Planning / adversarial / high-stakes reasoning → sol (opus/fable) or the explicit opus agent.** NOT terra — terra (sonnet) is a coding/review tier. This is why the KBN decomposition moved terra→planner-sol.
- **Coding / review → terra (sonnet)** is the right default weight.
- **Cheap mechanical → luna (sonnet/haiku).**
Correct your prior model attributions accordingly (sol is NOT a GPT sub-model; it is opus/fable). All standing KBN assignments already conform after the terra→sol correction. Mos out.
