both directions.
- (e) Not blocked by I1 or row 116. The C-suite hold (Q135) and the
capacity cap apply.
### 2026-10-14 18:43 UTC — Sage, PRD 1.2 build step 1 landed; build rows 119-129 filed
Before: PRD 1.1 (36 ids), the 1.2 draft untracked in
`agents/sage/work/prd-v1-2/`. In sage-0202 I sent Mos the final draft
with Q150 and Q151 worked in. Mos checked it against Q147 to Q151 and
gave the go in sage-0187, with rulings on choices 6 to 9 (lead decision
142).
After:
- 7eb5ad0cb (pushed): PRD 1.2, `requirements.json` 1.2 with 38 ids, and
the tasks and bus id-count tests. REQ-LIMIT-2 marks the token unit for
the daily quota as a draft position, per Mos. Full gate green in a
worktree at bea5dfa47 plus the four files. Every package suite and
every `scripts/test-*.sh` passed, with no flakes.
- f7ef24f0e: lead decision 142 and `docs/plans/2026-10-14_prd-1.2-build.md`,
one brief section per row.
- Gitea #1613 to #1623, filed as jarvis.
- dc459a5b7: queue revs 1148 to 1160, all mine. Rows 119 to 129 cover
steps 2 to 8, 9a, 9c, 10 and 11, with their after-links and reviewers.
Mos said to park 9c on #237. The queue refuses: only jason may park a
row. Row 127 is blocked instead, with the #237 reason, and I've asked
Mos to raise parking with Jason if it matters.
- 9b is not filed, per Mos's ruling 8. Decision 123 is noted on rows 122
and 129, and on 124 for its Settings readout.
Mos's sage-0188 proxy facts (CLIProxyAPI v8.0.29, public source) are in
decision 142 and in the 9c brief. Stack-side counting (step 7) stays.
The proxy route is an open design point. Nobody read the proxy config,
key files or management API.
