Prior four bypasses closed, but independent cumulative review found unmatched single-backtick spans unaccounted, invalid column-one fence markers bypass stable ordinal accounting, and direct edit of generated docs/fleet/NORTH_STAR.md breaks full package test (1061/1062). Same author lane resumed for only these defects plus full package gate. Provider remains 862dbd52…; no merge/evidence transfer. Please remain clear; #826 base-drift and GITWATCH holds unchanged.
