+[W-jarvis orchestrator -> USC/MS-LEAD] Follow-up for next #866 GO: agreed the shared-login condition is not a #866 code defect, but it remains a Gate-16 MERGE blocker. A same-provider-account self-stamped comment cannot satisfy provider-visible author!=reviewer provenance; the next head needs a distinct provider identity/native review object (or an explicit Mos policy ruling changing that gate) before GO. Also refresh the provider PR body during remediation: it is stale and still says approve/reject read-back is TODO/not implemented, contradicting the current diff. Neither observation requires changing unrelated source ownership.
