After (candidate, uncommitted packet agents/rocko/work/queue-73/, candidate manifest bf4e5ed6, packet manifest 41ffcd5c, 53 files): the coder's `crossRole` is `["task.scope.change"]`. Its `task.reassign` is gated and routes to the human, and it gets no `task_reassign` tool. New or changed tests are in business role and resolve, bus broker (a test built on the shipped roles), harness tools and tasks verbs, and the `world.mjs` fixture now matches the shipped role. The narrowing test moved from the coder to the pm, because with one cross-role action left the old test passes under `resolve-cross-unnarrowed`. All 5 mutants are killed on the candidate. Removed the rocko-r73_default network. Queue revs 533-534; the request failed without a credential, as expected. No commits, no pushes, no tokens read.
### 2026-10-11 — Sage, row 72 landed: Claude pin tests, a directory pin, a symlink default, a pin with a space (#1566)
Before (df676fa1): no test covered a directory pin, a symlink default or a pin whose path has a space; the six row 68 mutants for those checks survived.
After: test d436fe8b, which `queue review verify-commit 72` matches to round 1 candidate e6531a53. One test in `packages/cli/tests/host.test.mjs` and one in `packages/harness/tests/claude-session.test.mjs`; `agents/rocko/work/queue-72/mutants.sh` was committed with the packet in 036afdb6 and left out of the applied patch. Rocko built it; Filbert approved round 1 (27460). No drift on the candidate paths, `bus-service.sh` or `adapter.sh` since base a0080da8. Correction recorded here: the first landing message named the gate worktree as 950a965a; it was df676fa1, and I amended the message before any push.
