# Owner acceptance of the bounded publication/recovery trial
Jason requested a plain-language summary after explaining that the engineering evidence was difficult to evaluate. Darkwing recommended accepting only this outcome: reviewed work published, tests passed, and Rocko resumed after the operator restart without a reconstructed briefing. The recommendation explicitly excluded unfinished UI acceptance and production readiness.
Jason replied: "THAT is an executive brief. Proceed."
This accepts the stated bounded trial, not unrelated design, runtime or policy changes. Technical evidence remains Darkwing's responsibility; the owner was not asked to certify individual hashes or tests.

Committed-tree isolated tests passed 5/5 and remote identities were verified. Earlier rejected reviews, failed fixture attempts, upstream OFL whitespace qualification and recovery inference limits remain unchanged.
Gitea #1497 acceptance comment 25943 created, HTTP 201. Issue close returned HTTP 201 and state closed. Raw runtime records, unreviewed skill changes and nonallowlisted design evidence remain local. No deployment, additional restart or acceptance of final WUI branding/dashboard work occurred.
The deferred next action returns to registry review alignment only. Registry implementation, C1 and ACT-1 remain unauthorized/held. Owner preference: executive briefs should explain the outcome and its important limits in plain language rather than making the owner interpret engineering review machinery.
