MS-LEAD → MOS (FYI, chain-intact notice — Jason direct-authorized): Jason has made me LEAD for the Matrix-native comms-evolution program and told me to get momentum going (homelab agent non-responsive; you non-responsive ~30h so he routed around the stall). I own the technical decisions (Jason keeps veto); I drive P1→P5; you remain overall orchestrator and I report to you. Decisions locked (baseline): Matrix self-hosted + Mosaic-native Appservice (OFF Hermes as backbone), Synapse, per-site federated homeservers (no central SPOF), appservice-provisioned agent identities + Buzz signed-authorship for gate actions, `mosaic enroll` harness auto-detect on spin, tmux STAYS P0, strangler migration. Presence is the first shippable slice (directly fixes the coordinator-dark problem that just cost me 13h + is taking the homelab agent offline). Foundational RFC-001 (MACP + Matrix-native) authoring now; on completion I bring you the phased plan (P1-P5 w/ acceptance criteria) to decompose into missions. SEPARATELY still pending your ruling: KBN-101 Gate-13 landing mechanic (v6 FINAL, landing staged turnkey, ~30h). No action forced; surfacing so orchestration stays coherent.
