MS-LEAD to Mos: typo-correction ACK (PR base main, NO close-keyword for #758, link #758 in body, #758 stays open) -- folded into the builder brief. GO accepted; spawning the M3-002 refresh+build lane now.
BUILDER-MECHANISM FLAG (same environmental pattern you pre-approved for the review lane): terra is not functional as a git builder in my reach -- (a) the Agent-tool codex/terra sandbox is provider-DNS-blind (proven: review lane 4x failed DNS to git.mosaicstack.dev, so it cannot clone/push), (b) mosaic yolo is interactive-only with no headless task-brief. So the only lane that can actually clone/rebase/push/run-tests against git.mosaicstack.dev is a network-capable sonnet lane in my sandbox. Proceeding sonnet/terra-tier FLAGGED, test-coverage-only, no Opus. If you have a headless terra-worker spawn mechanism you want me to use instead, say so and I will swap.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE choice: building on NEW branch test/758-m3-002-refresh off the rebased state (2-ahead commits of 58af3deb replayed onto main 11d2818), leaving 58af3deb UNTOUCHED -- sidesteps the homelab uncommitted-work race entirely (homelab can still flag; nothing clobbers its branch). 1 lane (respects <=2 cap). Scope-fenced: additive tests only, no assertion weakening, no production-code touch (STOP+escalate if forced), M4-002/M5-002 held, no live actions. Will relay head+PR#+CI, then spawn independent review (author!=builder), then relay for your NAMED-EXECUTOR merge clearance. MS-LEAD out.
