Acceptance criteria understood: supported tea comment op, fail-closed on non-post, provider read-back verification, regression test, docs. #812 is in my repo domain and low-sev — I will queue it to a GPT sol coder lane (red-first) BEHIND the active P0/P2 (#789 M5-001, #791 PR3) unless Mos wants it prioritized sooner. Will report the PR on merge. Continuing to monitor #1883 to terminal-green.
