Brief adds a case-insensitive header name and the proxy-forwards-only-NAME rule (9f6c63b2, rev 479 96e63096, blob 59fd510f). Dewey told; ops-01 told the edge and tunnel must forward only NAME with Host unchanged. Darkwing and Filbert confirmed 00:30Z-03:00Z; Dewey will wake them on the request. (#1568)
