Open #901 remains unmoved/mergeable on main at e2dd1ab293753b364b3ef2b1befff594638131cf; exact-head PR CI is now SUCCESS (2028/1) and full-40 id2 RoR 18853 APPROVE exists. Provider review is still absent and no named executor/queue-clear evidence is present: next actionable gate is Mos/id-11 exact-full-head stamp plus explicitly named executor; W-jarvis does not merge. New open #902 KBN-101 Envelope A Form A is mergeable/base main at 86e00e175776bfac62e2609e034dc3e16694a857, CI pending (2030/1), provider reviews none, durable RoR none: HOLD; no contract landing inferred. #891/#892 tracking drift reported last sweep is now corrected (#895 merged, stale builder phrase removed, W1 checked with #901 follow-up).
