A-2 assigns docker/gateway.Dockerfile, new docker/storage-importer.Dockerfile + specs, and .woodpecker/publish.yml to KBN-101-05 while KBN-101-03 retains docker/db-migrator.Dockerfile; freezes runtime/importer/migrator identities 10001/10002/10003 and exact producer→target→digest mapping.
