docs: build-log row 113 landing and the full 2026-10-04 ledger week; register Sage session

 Re-pin: Sage made copy cc48b124f, which carries 179697a8a, ancestor checked. Mos stopped the Console and the bus at 16:10:18Z. +Before (644ef5310): the ledger refused a full run. T3 had stored role `reasoning` summary rows since 2026-10-13T14:01Z, and `t3.mjs` refused unknown roles with exit 1. 132 issues were updated since 2026-10-04, more than the one 50-row page the ledger read, so it exited 2. The 2026-10-04 to 10-10 week was posted partial on #1508 (28380, `--no-issues --no-t3`).

+After (a5b8a99a1): Darkwing's round 1, packet d6ea56831, manifest 4eed1d6405a505e88cde5062c61f768639d899b8f301019b1403d68fb15d9d36, base cc48b124f. 5 files in packages/ledger. Filbert approved in 28407 and left non-blocking notes N1 (queue-checks.mjs comments) and N2 (deletion shift). The ledger paths had no drift from cc48b124f to 644ef5310. Sage's gate on 644ef5310 plus the candidate passed: business 67, bus 148, cli 184, control-board 124, conversation 182, discord 178, harness 80, ledger 86, mosaic 69, queue 156, runs 43, seat 120, tasks 92 and webui 108, and all nine `scripts/test-*.sh` (auth 15, conductor 17, config 24, discord 66, extension-package 18, foundation 44, queue 28, release 14, task 98), with 0 failed. None of #258/#261/#262/#263 recurred. `queue review verify-commit 113` matched 5 paths. Row 113 was done at rev 1126 (94ece491f) and pushed. #1607 closed with 28410. No live service runs the ledger, so there were no notices and no re-pin.

+Row 7: `node packages/ledger/src/cli.mjs --since 2026-10-04 --until 2026-10-10` returned exit 0 from the checkout. It read 3 issue pages and T3. 22 issues closed, median 2.6 hours open, 96 commits, 2.6 follow-ups per issue, 5.5 human messages per closed issue. Posted on #1508 as 28413, replacing 28380, with row 7's note at rev 1128. The gate is Jason's. Follow-ups per issue moved from the partial run's 2.8 to 2.6 because the full table adds #1530 to #1532, which have no commits (74 over 26, then 74 over 28). The queue section had 5 violations at rev 1126: #1607 open, which has since cleared, plus the carried-over row 13 pid-gone and age violations and owner-missing on rows 7 and 42. The row 99 disposition is Mos's decision 133 drop.
