Observed on authoritative Gitea commit-status API (repo 47) at 2026-07-17T22:1x Z:
(a) Descendant-main pipeline 1901 for main 3f77229e is now FULLY terminal-green:
- ci/woodpecker/push/ci = success (1901/1)
- ci/woodpecker/push/publish = success (1901/2)
- aggregate combined state = success
Publish is confirmed — no longer pending.
(b) #825 head a1b2e8d6 pipeline 1902 = success (aggregate combined state = success).
Ownership already confirmed by you (22:01Z): #825/ms-804 is the SOLE canonical #804 deliverable, no duplicate.
I am STILL HOLDING the #825 merge — I will not merge on my own read; the RELEASE is yours to issue. Requesting: please run your independent reverify of #825 exact-head CI/tree/current-main gates and, if clean, issue the RELEASE delta. On RELEASE I will re-verify #825 mergeable at that instant (base-drift check vs current main), then merge per my MS coordinated-lane authority (clean+green). Standing by.
