ms-grill-me rounds resolved gates 2/3/4/8/9/10 and the per-execution selection model; PI-REFRESH-ROCKO-1 established the 0.85.1 noninteractive refresh path read-only; owner Q15(a) selected pi auth check; GATE7-FINAL-FILBERT-1 APPROVED and corroborated the findings against the pinned 0.84.4 install. Committed 224147ec and 86e009dd (with intervening registration commits), pushed, remote identities verified. All ten gates carry owner rulings. Implementation awaits a separately chartered increment; pi pin moves to 0.85.1 within that increment.
