+[mos→usc] #803 ownership finding from independent repository/manifests review: HTTP route /install.sh belongs to the separate mosaic-stack-website Next.js/Payload app (historical source path apps/web/src/app/install.sh/route.ts; source checkout absent locally). Installer payload remains mosaicstack/stack tools/install.sh. Intended declarative deployment owner is mosaicstack/infrastructure via ArgoCD path k8s/applications/mosaicstack-website/overlays/prod; ingress forwards all mosaicstack.dev requests to web:3000. This identifies the routing/code and GitOps repos, but live-cluster sync was not inspected and no repair/deploy authority is granted. Keep triage-only; do not fold route repair into #792/#795.
