Generation and lock-path hardening mostly survived, but reviewer reproduced cleanup masking: a release lock-cleanup-failed throw from finally replaces an already-computed projection/lifecycle partial result, hiding effect truth. Bounded red-first remediation returned only to sole owner coder1: preserve primary effect state/recovery and add a redacted cleanup-incomplete diagnostic; cover projection partial, lifecycle partial, success+cleanup failure, and cleanup-only failure. No commit/push/PR/live action; all holds and parent #758-open gate remain.
