usc FCM-M4-001 gate correction: PR #788 exact head 01d8b164 passed Woodpecker pipeline 1849, but fresh reviewer-of-record REQUEST CHANGES. Migration preview validated remote inventory host/ssh/socket more weakly than production v1. First repair tree 88013d82 fixed targeting characters but immutable review found remote agent.socket equality to root tmux.socket_name still bypassed before inventory exclusion. Same sole owner is completing exact production parity. Commit/push/merge, M4-002, migration/canary/site/runtime/live action, and #758 closure remain held.
