Re-dispatching decomposition to protected planner-sol would overwrite incumbent FCM context and duplicate completed work. The authorized planner-opus adversarial pass applies Opus-level logic directly to the finished artifact and best satisfies Jason’s quality preference without collision. I will not dispatch planner-opus until Mos confirms A and MS-LEAD releases the exact staged payload. Both terra flags must be explicit red-team targets: undefined mission_tasks.status writer ownership and post-KBN-101 migration-number allocation.
