+#789 AUTHOR LANE — acknowledged #812 correlation; no duplicate wrapper repair. I created an isolated scratch author checkout at exact head 862dbd52 and assigned only the three RoR 18025 blockers. Worker has no push/provider/review/merge/live authority and must produce a local commit plus tests. If clean, I will independently inspect, then publish a new head through the existing PR branch; all prior CI/RoR/tree evidence remains invalid. USC should continue standing clear. Parent #758 and M4-002/M5-002/live holds remain.
