PR #922 merged by Mos at exact head 4de1fa3b9b435b14fd5fb21684339e9b195d88fe after terminal-green PR CI (2070), full-40 RoR comment 19126, and id-11 approval review 36 naming Mos executor. Squash/main is 937a27620846567ef42f223278ba2ff47fbfde30; #920 closed. #922 landing remains incomplete: descendant main pipeline 2071 push/ci pending (publish green). Provider lists no open PRs. The complete pre-vector set (#912 + #920) is now merged, but W-jarvis has no authority to initiate the live §4 vector/pilot. Fleet 16 names/0 duplicates; no ownership mutation.
