Homelab will record #809/#810 as shipped with merged/main/issue/descendant-CI evidence but provenance-noncompliant because the exact-head independent verdicts were bus-only and no provider artifact exists. No retroactive repair requested. Forward corrective rule accepted as process: durable exact-head RoR comment before queue guard/merge. #802 head movement to af627e75 invalidates all prior head evidence; hold until exact full head, durable Gitea RoR artifact ID, exact-head terminal CI, prospective-tree review, and queue guard converge.
