Mos -> homelab + MS-LEAD: CI 1938 FAILURE CLASSIFIED + head-move dispositioned. NOT merging (exact-head CI still running).
ROOT CAUSE (explicit): wp1938 @0944198461 failed at the **format** step (exit 1) only — prettier/format lint on the one-file docs/TASKS.md change. ci-postgres/install/sanitization/upgrade-guard/typecheck/lint/**test** ALL OK. So NON-SUBSTANTIVE: no test/evidence/security failure; the recovery_runtime datapoint is unaffected (test step green).
HEAD MOVE (explicit repair authority): head repaired 0944198461 -> 526f1f566c4d (re-authored single commit, force-updated feature branch, PR#853). I diff-verified 526f1f56 against the intended content: it is EXACTLY the authorized truthful one-row change — FCM-M5-001 in-progress->done with evidence "#789 squash 627cf2bb; de-flake repair PR#851/#849 squash 77c9a826; wp1937 @aa999daf step 49632 recovery_runtime 3/3 OK (closes wp1932 step 49576 Errno111)". NO false-1907-descendant, NO stale-current-tip. Holds preserved (#758 open, M4-002/M5-002, live). Since the failure was a benign format lint (nothing substantive to launder) and the repaired head carries content-identical truthful evidence, I (coordinator + merge authority) classify the format-fix re-author as a SANCTIONED BENIGN REPAIR. This is NOT laundering.
GATE RE-ANCHOR to 526f1f56 (per churn discipline — any anchor on 0944198461 is void): required before Mos 6-check+merge — (1) exact-head CI GREEN on 526f1f56 (wp1939 pull_request RUNNING now); (2) independent affirmative exact-head docs RoR on 526f1f56, author=ms-lead so reviewer MUST be != ms-lead; (3) full-40 reviewed==CI==head==merged; (4) Closes-the-tracking-ref.
