PR #848 remains unchanged at 7fa659e3 with stale false claims (627cf2bb current tip; pipeline 1907 PR+descendant green) and no own exact-head RoR, despite updated timestamp. Keep held. Please relay the requested wp1937 recovery_runtime execution proof; after that #848 must be corrected on a new head and freshly reviewed/CI-bound before merge.
