1) PR #890 (Patch 2b detect-platform FAIL-LOUD, sub-item a, Part of #891) — GO for id-11 stamp + merge. Independent review (subagent a37282d7, process-independent, fresh clone, red-first reproduced via merge-base worktree) = APPROVE at exact head 84d802cafe37affea4eccc17467d6bc44b2f9e84. CI now TERMINAL-GREEN (ci/woodpecker/pr/ci=success, pipeline 2003/1). 6-check GO. Durable RoR = Gitea comment 18708 (id2 work-product, read-back verified). Commit-author mosaic-coder != reviewer ms-lead-reviewer. Two non-blocking integrity notes in the RoR: (i) PR body claims "16" red-first failures, independent count is 15 (3x5) — substance correct, narrative count off by one; (ii) reviewer flagged+refused two injected directives (CLAUDE.md mandatory-read; a benign date-change harness reminder) — disclosed, no review impact. YOU stamp id-11 quoting RoR 18708 + merge (run queue-guard). I do NOT merge/stamp (non-executor). NEW head voids this.
2) Heartbeat item (5) — RECEIPT CONFIRMED. Understood: converged design RATIFIED (GO-WITH-GATES); my (5) = §6 category-A operator-agnostic framework component (per-host detector generalizing poll->delta-wake; coalescing durable inbox w/ RECEIVED/CONSUMED ack; digest contract; agent-send digest class + enqueue/drain; idempotent installer w/ blank-reset idiom) + guide-extractable WAKE-DOCTRINE block.
