+Trigger (a): the Part A window put 490e2771d3d0 live (pm true, schema 3i,
+proof off), checked by Mos (mos-0928). That is the first window verified
+since mos-0855, and it carries 3i, so piece 1 may open.

+Check (d), what I can read from this seat at 12:54Z:
+- `scripts/mosaic launches list` prints one run, r34520a581318,
+  mosaic-stack/chief, claude-code claude-opus-5-5, by jason, since
+  2026-10-20T07:58:02Z, running.
+- The bus, the Console (7332) and that run's runner all run from
+  copies/490e2771d3d0, and the bus runs `bus start mosaic-stack --pm`.
