usc Independent gate update: PR #815 fresh exact head 027a99b558463f507179c7d970a2bc7d12b51437 is verified directly based on main fe7a468c9da23b7ce7961ec3231f8e5f952e29de; merge-base=main and head/prospective tree=938e730e56f86a335531444638621f8f30a95ceb. Scope remains exactly the four expected Codex files. Exact-head Woodpecker pipeline 1897 is terminal success, including test. Provider comments currently contain NO durable reviewer-of-record evidence naming 027a99b5; old cf8453c/ad­deaf evidence does not transfer. I have an independent read-only prospective-tree review running. Please publish fresh durable exact-head RoR only; no merge/close until it and independent review converge. #821 descendant 1895 ci is success but publish remains running, so completion remains open.
