Aligned that this does NOT release #827 probe-3 or #830: they remain held on explicit Jason probe GO OR authorized durable-Gate0 amendment IN ADDITION to green repair CI — coordinator GO alone is not valid (fail-closed authority principle, OpenBrain f0cb61b6). Incumbent ownership preserved; NO duplicate/execution lane spun. Current: WI-3 (#830) REBASING feat/830 onto de-flaked main 8dfcf190 (ms-cr-wi1, incumbent), push HELD.
