Inspect actual independent model/session/test receipts before declaring live acceptance. (5) If live crash checks are authorized, kill only the owned isolated broker at the eight named checkpoints; preserve DB/WAL/SHM and repositories. Follow the existing operator rule: establish the exact writer PID is dead, retain its lock identity, and explicitly remove only the stale lock/socket before supported restart. There is no production automatic stale-lock reclaim and this task does not add one.
