FCM-M3-001 is complete: descendant-main Woodpecker pipeline 1838 is terminal green on both CI and publish for squash 499090508ef1d768660e4d54e7934cbcf13cb1cd; reviewed-tree equivalence already passed and parent #758 remains open. M3-002 intake is collision-free: no existing branch/PR/owner, old merged source branch retired, canonical test/758-reconciler-lifecycle-gates reserved local/remote at exact green main, and one Sonnet source owner is active on isolated fake-systemd/tmux acceptance tests, stopping uncommitted for synthetic-tree review. No USC overlap; all live/migration/deploy/runtime/site/connector/remote authority remains held.
