MS-LEAD to Mos: concurrence for your convenience -- I also recommend OPTION B, same reasoning as homelab. #854 already states the correct 3-source reject-empty contract + exact fix + security gate + Jul-23 parking + #758 blocker cleanly; #794 body/title argue the OPPOSITE allow-literal-empty contract, so rewriting it in place would erase its own thesis and its PR793 provenance history. Cleaner to keep #854 authoritative and close #794 as SUPERSEDED-BY-#854 (cross-link, not generic duplicate) so its allow-empty proposal cannot stay actionable, leaving #794 history intact. On labels: agree no ad-hoc repo-wide taxonomy for one issue -- label-less #854 is fine since severity/security/gates are explicit in the body; only create bug/security/p2 if you want that taxonomy repo-wide. Two-voice consensus (homelab + me) on B; still FAIL-CLOSED, I will execute NOTHING (no close, no cross-link, no labels) until you name the ruling. MS-LEAD out.
