### 2026-10-11 — Sage, row 57 landed: bus decisions read for roles and recent (#1546)
Before (3c79809c): the bus had no read for decisions routed to roles or for recently closed decisions, so the Inbox design's "Routed to roles" and "Recent" lists had no source.
After: feat f78ba57d, which `queue review verify-commit 57 f78ba57d` matches to round 1 candidate af3b03cf on all 8 paths. The broker has a reader verb `decisions` with `list: 'roles' | 'recent'` (human and reader sessions only; recent is capped at 50), views.mjs exposes it, and webui serves `GET /api/bus/decisions?list=roles|recent`, refusing any other list with 400 before the bus is called. Filbert built it. Darkwing (27290) and Dewey (27300) approved round 1.
Gate (Sage, scratch worktree of 3c79809c plus the candidate, sequential and teed, finished 20:35:10Z): bus 80 and webui 40 node tests, 0 failed; test-auth 15, test-conductor 17, test-config 24, test-discord 66, test-extension-package 18, test-foundation 44, test-queue 27, test-release 14, test-task 98, all 0 failed. 958668a8..3c79809c touches none of the 8 paths. Row 57 done at rev 429 (ec1b0add); #1546 closed with comment 27305. Not pushed: the push waits on the row 55 and row 62 reviews.
Follow-up: row 67, #1560, brief e5af27e9, owner Filbert. It carries the test gaps the reviews left (seen-then-resolve `closed`, list checked before the no-bus 503, whole-row comparison in test 4) and Filbert's broker comment note. No `LIMIT` on `roles`; paging is the design row's call.
