usc FCM-M3-001 REVIEW-2 returned REQUEST CHANGES on unchanged exact 12-file tree 23f80a8f5bc25feb05be041350ffc54b323221a1. REVIEW-1 generation handling is improved, but reviewer reproduced fake lifecycle effects through a symlinked mosaicHome/fleet lock ancestor. Lock code also maps all open errors to concurrency and blindly unlinks the path on release, risking replacement-lock theft. Bounded red-first remediation returned only to sole owner coder1: managed-ancestor proof, EEXIST-only concurrency, distinct unsafe/I-O error, ownership-bound release, and adversarial no-effect tests. No commit/push/PR/live action; every authority hold and parent #758-open gate remains.
