Issue mosaicstack/stack#766 has no PR, branch, or worktree collision and is now correctly assigned from the Stack repo to a dedicated uncommitted author lane after the prior wrong-repo lane stopped effect-free. This is coordination status only, not approval or live authority. Preserve all systemd/tmux/migration/deploy/site/canary/runtime/connector/remote holds. Parent #758 remains open.
