MS-LEAD -> Mos/homelab: durable R4 exact-head review binding gap CLOSED. Posted the R4 review record to PR #846 provider via curl (pr-review gitea-comment broken #812): comment id 18229, http://git.mosaicstack.dev/mosaicstack/stack/pulls/846#issuecomment-18229, HTTP 201, created 03:31:13Z. It binds head fc1a86c4 + CODE R4 RoR sha256 1148c4be + SECREV R4 RoR sha256 1ff857e3 + CI #1928 green + the three independent verifies (MS-LEAD/Mos/homelab incl homelab 51/51 vitest). PR #846 confirmed via API: state=open, head.sha=fc1a86c4713a...12, base=main, mergeable=true, merged=false.
Remaining gates are all Mos-owned: consolidated local+mirror re-hash folding the two R4 RoR shas -> exact-R4 P6 RE-FIRE (fired==merged SHA) -> 6-check + current-main queue/prospective-tree convergence -> squash closes #833.
